Prior to opening a ticket, please try to cycle the power for the printer.  Power off the printer, wait for 5 seconds, then power the printer back on.  If the printer is still not working, try restarting the Print Spooler, this can be accomplished by type "Services" int he search bar located in the lower left hand corner of the screen.  Then look for "Print Spooler" in the list, right click on it, and select restart.   Finally, try to reboot your computer.  If this solution works and you find that this is happening frequently, then please open a ticket to have the printer replaced or looked at by IT.
